Information we collect
Account information includes your name, email address and authentication identity. Payment information is handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
Website information may include the domain you submit, public crawl results, Search Console performance, repository metadata you authorize, CMS connection details and website publishing results.
Content assets may include logos, images, screenshots, article copy and other files you upload. We also collect ordinary security and usage logs such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and actions taken.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, isolate workspaces, audit websites, synchronize approved search metrics, operate content and backlink workflows, publish approved website changes and show verified results.
We also use information to provide support, secure the Service, prevent abuse and comply with law. We do not sell personal information or use customer content for advertising.
Google user data
MentionMyApp uses read-only Google Search Console authorization to retrieve approved properties and performance data. Our use and transfer of Google API data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
Google data is used only for requested search reporting, is not sold or used for advertising and can be revoked from Google account security settings or by requesting disconnection.
Website connections and service providers
When you connect a CMS, store or repository, we store the minimum identifiers and encrypted credentials or tokens needed for the approved workflow. Credentials are not returned to the browser after storage.
We share data only with providers needed to operate the Service, such as cloud hosting, database infrastructure, private file storage, payment processing, search-data providers and the website platform you direct us to update.
Retention, deletion and security
We keep customer data while an account is active. You may request deletion from Settings or by emailing privacy@mentionmyapp.com. Customer records are deleted within 30 days except information required for legal, billing or security purposes.
We use TLS, encrypted credentials, workspace-level isolation, signed file URLs and least-privilege access. No method is completely secure, but we work to protect customer information and provide notices required by law.
Your rights and contact
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal information. Contact privacy@mentionmyapp.com to exercise those rights.
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. MentionMyApp is operated by Visionary Pixel, LLC in Illinois, USA.
